



| • | Residents are expected to attend weekly peer-led recovery activities, including: a community meeting, a replapse prevention group, 3 self-help group meetings, and 4 meditation meetings. |
| • | Residents are asked to submit to random alcohol and other drug tests throughout their stay. |
| • | Residents share a bedroom and bathroom with other residents. |
| • | Residents will provide their own linens, towels, and other personal hygiene items. |
| • | Residents may take medications prescribed by a doctor. |
| • | Residents with a valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance in their name are permitted parking. Public bus service is available during daytime hours. |
| • | Residents are responsible for their own meals; a fully appointed kitchen with cookware, dishes and silverware is provided. |
| • | A washer and dryer is provided on-site for residents to do their own laundry. Residents will provide their own laundry soap. Additionally, residents are required to perform daily and weekly housekeeping chores. |
| • | Residents must sign in and out daily. |
| • | Residents are expected to keep appointments with other service providers as needed. |
| • | Residents must be home by 11:00pm Sunday through Friday, and by 1:00am Saturday night/Sunday morning. |
| • | A leave may be granted for up to 48 hours; requrest for leave must be submitted in advance. |
| • | A pay-phone is available for use. |
| • | Smoking is allowed in designated areas outside the facility. |
| • | Family involvement is encouraged. Visitors are welcome between 10:00am and 10:00pm. Visitors are not allowed in bedrooms and are not allowed when the resident is not present. Exceptions to visiting hours must be approved in advance. |
| • | Pets are not allowed. |
| • | Residents completing the program are referred to a recovery support group. |
| • | Pyschiatric and Licensed Clinical Professional Counseling services are available. |
