Individuals are encouraged to attend weekly Recovery Support Group where they can benefit from the knowledge, experience, and support of others in recovery and enjoy social activities.
Recovery monitoring contacts are made within 90-days following discharge in order to assess the effectiveness of the services provided and to assist inidviduals in obtaining further services when needed and again at 6 and 12 months.
These services are offered FREE of charge.
